Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Evaluations: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health and relationship dynamics, utilizing evidence-based practices to assess their needs and goals.

• Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their unique circumstances and strengths are addressed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health issues and relationship challenges. Our clients include those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, marital discord, and various life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland, allowing for independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
