Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths, needs, and treatment goals, ensuring a holistic approach to their care.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy, counseling, and support services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client feedback, adjusting strategies to optimize therapeutic engagement and outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and primary care providers, to provide integrated and seamless care for clients.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them to community resources and support services, facilitating their access to vital recovery tools and interventions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our electronic health records (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to enhance collaborative clinical practices and refine therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current in the field of social work and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals in a detox center who are facing complex challenges related to substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This role requires sensitivity, understanding, and competence in addressing various psychosocial issues that are critical to effectively supporting clients on their journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services is essential.
