Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries in all interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and to plan for future appointments or possible discharge.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that center around each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including detailed progress notes for each client to ensure comprehensive care.

• Perform initial intake assessments to identify client needs and guide the treatment process.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions weekly, focusing on mental health challenges and developing coping strategies.

• Engage in individual supervision meetings to continue professional development and receive guidance.

Qualifications\n

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, electronic health record systems like PIMSY, and Outlook for communication and documentation.

• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort with administering and interpreting intake assessments.
