Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing rapport and maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families presenting with a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and family psychotherapy.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, positioning this role attractively within the mental health field. Our compensation structure is based on a fee-for-service model, ensuring you receive guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections with opportunities for performance bonuses.
