Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and client feedback.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across various disciplines to ensure the integration of care and to address the holistic needs of our clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with both state and federal regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest mental health research and practices, enhancing the quality of care provided.

Your focus will be on serving a diverse clientele facing various challenges, including stress management, work-life balance, relationship conflicts, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential.

• Strong understanding of the legal requirements and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a wide range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
