Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss upcoming sessions, and facilitate discharge planning when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans, adapting them based on clients' evolving needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with agency guidelines.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate services.
\n
• Provide individual counseling sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's situation.
\n
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and support staff to deliver integrated care and improve overall client outcomes.

• Foster a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and learning in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families experiencing mental health challenges. Our clients may present with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral concerns. Providing culturally competent care and adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the varied needs of your clients is essential to achieving successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Currently licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with unrestricted, independent credentials.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in digital tools including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook, with a familiarity in using PIMSY or similar client management software.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort with performing intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health clinic setting is highly desirable.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Strong communication skills, particularly in virtual environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

First Health Care LLC offers a competitive salary range between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model, guaranteeing compensation rates paid proactively, ensuring no wait for reimbursement.
