Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your role includes but is not limited to:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead group therapy sessions that encourage positive peer interactions, foster connections, and facilitate shared learning experiences among participants.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one sessions where you will provide empathetic counseling that focuses on understanding your clients' unique thoughts and emotions, aiding them in developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to craft personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that are tailored to meet their specific needs, encouraging active participation and ownership of their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada or eligibility for licensure.
