Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, both individually and in group settings.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to deliver holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's mental health.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in alignment with legal standards and ethical practices.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, many of whom encounter various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be critical in providing compassionate care and therapeutic support specifically aimed at populations with limited access to mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and availability.
