Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services, including individual, group, and couples therapy, using varied techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, facilitating referrals and coordination with other healthcare providers as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families who may face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload capacity.
