Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, conducted through comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based approaches to foster healing and growth.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to best serve the needs of your clients.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to offer integrated care solutions, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with state and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 – 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our organization provides a structured framework to ensure that you can manage your caseload effectively, including unlimited client referrals and support with billing and paperwork, allowing you to concentrate on delivering excellent care.
