Work Environment\n

Our operational hours are from 7 am to 10 pm, allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate both client needs and professional lifestyle preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will engage with clients through telehealth platforms to:

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and identify optimal treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building, ensuring they are tailored to each client's unique experiences and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary professionals to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care, enhancing overall patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention during urgent situations, offering immediate support to clients in need.
