Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions with clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s unique circumstances, needs, and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust them as necessary to ensure they remain aligned with clients' evolving needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients, focusing on specific mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring client confidentiality and security.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to stay current with best practices in the mental health field.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients who may experience various mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
\n
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or significant experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.

• This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
