Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy plans and conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand client needs and challenges.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to deliver effective treatments for diverse mental health issues.

• Engage with clients in individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions, striving to establish a supportive and safe environment for open communication and growth.

• Document clinical notes and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with ethical and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and protecting client information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload.
