Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy tailored to specific client needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

The clients served by Miracle Mental Health Counseling come from a diverse range of backgrounds and present various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary between $80,000 and $100,000 based on your caseload and experience.
