Your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor will be situated within our state-of-the-art outpatient treatment center, designed specifically for young adults aged 18 to 30 engaged in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Our remote working model promotes flexibility and efficiency, allowing you to focus intensely on client care without the barriers of traditional office settings. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pathway Mental Health, you will:

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions that empower young adults to connect, share their experiences, and build a supportive peer community.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, offering empathetic support while helping clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting specific and achievable goals that reflect their unique needs.

• Monitor and assess client progress through standardized evaluation tools and provide constructive feedback that informs ongoing treatment strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, ensuring cohesive client care and navigating complex situations when necessary.

You will primarily work with a diverse group of young adults facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license to practice in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
