Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pathway, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that promote peer support and shared experiences among clients, fostering a sense of community.

• Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one therapy that encourages clients to fully explore their thoughts and emotions, developing their coping strategies and goals.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to consistently track client progress, ensuring that treatment goals are being met and adjusted as necessary.

• Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with psychologists, social workers, and other therapists to coordinate care and consult on complex cases for optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population comprises young adults aged 18 to 30 who seek help navigating mental health challenges. This demographic includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, and traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
