Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while being part of a progressive mental health practice. Operating in a telehealth model, you will deliver therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, enabling you to reach a wider patient population while providing the convenience and comfort of therapy from home. Our operating hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, accommodating various client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's journey toward trauma recovery and emotional resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate the healing process.

• Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through trauma processing and coping strategy development.
\n
• Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals to ensure a holistic, integrated approach to patient care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely and effective support.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and available coping resources to foster understanding and empowerment.
\n
• Maintain diligent and confidential documentation that complies with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to enhance trauma-informed practices within our service delivery.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continuously improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, demonstrating effective delivery of trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

• Interest in becoming a behavioral health generalist, willing to see couples, with provided training to support this expansion of practice.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a guaranteed salary, our compensation package includes:
