Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to groups, families, couples, and individuals.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance the holistic care of clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay informed about the latest mental health trends and research findings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
