Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, using standardized tools and personalized diagnostic techniques.

• Develop individualized therapeutic plans in collaboration with clients to address identified needs and treatment goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adjusting modalities as necessary to cater to distinct client dynamics.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to remain informed about the latest advances in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children to older adults, each facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonuses based on performance and client outcomes.
