Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients through telehealth platforms to identify their unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in regular individual therapy sessions with clients, and facilitate group therapy sessions as necessary to promote peer support and shared experiences.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload availability.
