Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, ensure stability, and prepare for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and case records for each client.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish appropriate treatment pathways.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, ensuring engagement and continuity of care.

• Participate in individual supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and peer collaboration.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and support staff to create a comprehensive care plan for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets youth clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Proven ability to meet internal credentialing requirements set by the clinic.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients, particularly youth, and/or substance abuse populations.

• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, as well as providing individual and group therapy.
\n
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health clinic setting.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles.
\n
• Demonstrated effectiveness in crisis intervention and management.
\n
• Additional certifications or training related to youth therapy and counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 65,000 and 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Beyond the base salary, our clinic offers a suite of benefits designed to support our clinicians:
