Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to create personalized therapy plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients across different service offerings.

• Continuously enhance professional skills by participating in workshops, conferences, and ongoing education to stay updated on mental health advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth LPC, you will serve a diverse clientele, tackling a wide array of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. You will play a pivotal role in changing lives, particularly for individuals and families who previously faced barriers to accessing mental health care due to geographical or financial limitations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.

• Minimum of two years of experience in clinical counseling, demonstrating a solid background in mental health support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
