Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for clients, ensuring each strategy is aligned with their unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective treatment.

• Facilitate group and family therapy sessions, offering a supportive environment where clients can share experiences and learn from each other.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and proper documentation practices.

• Actively participate in team meetings and training workshops to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, many of whom have limited access to mental health services. As an LPC, you will address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, you will receive:
