Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Perform initial assessments and thorough evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting approaches as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work in tandem with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, fostering open communication and consistent follow-up on client progress.

• Maintain Clinical Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records that adhere to ethical standards and comply with legal regulations, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems effectively.

• Participate in Ongoing Professional Development: Stay current with research and advancements in counseling practices, attending workshops and training to enhance your skills and understanding of emerging trends in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Required Education: Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• Experience: A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Integrity Mental Health Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, determined by caseload and experience.
