Key Responsibilities\n

• Employ therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in one-on-one and family sessions, adapting your techniques as needed based on patient responses.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment progress in a thorough and timely manner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and grief counselors, to provide coordinated care that addresses both physical and emotional needs.

• Participate in peer reviews and case consultations, sharing insights and integrating feedback to enhance care strategies.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to patients and their families, empowering them with resources to navigate the complexities of hospice care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
