Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for flexible working arrangements, primarily in a remote setting. You will have access to a dynamic and supportive virtual office environment, alongside collaborative interdisciplinary teams. Regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend availability required based on client needs. You may also be placed on-call to manage urgent situations as they arise, ensuring that our clients receive consistent and responsive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Marriage Matters Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for senior clients, taking into account emotional, mental, and social dimensions of their lives.

• Collaborating with clients and their families to formulate individualized care plans tailored to address specific needs and aspirations.

• Providing counseling services to seniors and their families, assisting them in navigating life transition challenges such as health issues, loss, or adapting to new living arrangements.

• Advocating for clients by connecting them with necessary community resources, ensuring access to needed support and services.

• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and caregivers, to create a harmonious care experience that enhances the clients’ overall health and satisfaction.

• Performing regular client visits to monitor health and safety, assess living situations, and intervene when necessary to prevent crises.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Hold a valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
