Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Family Unity Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments of clients and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telemedicine and in-person options.
\n
• Specializing in addressing issues such as grief and loss, job stress, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and blended family dynamics.

• Treating patients with various challenges including substance abuse and psychological trauma.

• Documenting progress notes in compliance with treatment standards and ensuring confidentiality and ethical practices.

• Actively participating in clinical meetings and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role will encompass working with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n
