In this full-time role, therapists will provide vital mental health services to our clients, working remotely with the flexibility to manage their own schedules. Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, this role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients and colleagues through telehealth platforms. Our innovative approach includes opportunities for remote or in-person group consultations, enabling you to stay connected and engaged with the patient care team while enjoying the autonomy to control your caseload, which can range from 10 to 30 billable hours weekly. We take care of all administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate on providing high-quality therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients using the latest DSM guidelines under the supervision of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists.

• Provide individualized short-term psychotherapy and counseling through various modalities, including but not limited to crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, supportive therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Assess the severity and urgency of clients' mental health needs and coordinate care to ensure effective therapeutic responses.
\n
• Help clients navigate their mental health challenges through evidence-based interventions and continuous assessment of treatment effectiveness.
\n
• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintain accurate clinical records, and prepare reports to substantiate treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals and families facing mental health challenges, with special attention to those experiencing dual disorders. Therapists will engage with a diverse range of clients seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and substance use. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Texas or a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D).

• A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in telehealth functionalities and electronic health record management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
