Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions via synchronous live video, delivering evidence-based interventions to clients dealing with a variety of emotional disorders.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to deliver comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and various outcome measures to assess client progress and regularly update treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly digital therapist portal, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding client health information.

• Provide individual therapy for clients aged 13 and above as well as couples therapy, employing varied evidence-based psychotherapy methodologies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and emotionally focused therapy.

• Engage in a commitment to measurement-based care that prioritizes client outcomes and treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents and adults, who present with challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, education, and skill level.
