Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Delivering diverse therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which are enhanced through continuous training in the latest psychological methodologies.

• Documenting clinical interactions and progress notes using secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic health record systems, ensuring adherence to legal standards and best practices for patient confidentiality.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, psychologists, and nursing staff, to create a cohesive treatment strategy that serves the overall well-being of our patients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve patients at the end-of-life stage, along with their families, navigating the complexities of terminal illness and bereavement. Our patient population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying socio-economic statuses, each facing unique emotional or psychological challenges. Your role will be pivotal in supporting them through this vulnerable time with compassion, empathy, and skilled interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Preferred Experience\n
