Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients' mental health conditions and individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, continually adapting them based on progress and feedback.

• Provide individual therapy sessions aimed at fostering personal growth and resolution of mental health challenges, utilizing both evidence-based practices and solution-focused strategies.

• Engage clients through virtual platforms in teletherapy sessions, ensuring consistent and accessible mental health care.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention services, employing effective strategies to manage acute emotional distress and provide immediate support.

• Stay abreast of ongoing developments in the mental health field by participating in professional development activities, workshops, and training sessions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress in compliance with regulatory standards, while minimizing unnecessary paperwork to maximize time spent with clients.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude essential for effective therapy.
\n
• Proficient organizational and time-management abilities to manage a full caseload efficiently.

• No disciplinary actions on your licensing board history.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in conducting teletherapy sessions and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.

• Prior experience in a mental health clinic or outpatient therapy setting is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of mental health issues and populations.
