Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain high standards of documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submission of reports.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as advised by the clinical team to identify client needs and monitor progress.

• Collaborate actively with team members across programs to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans.

• Engage in ongoing licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinic’s accreditation efforts and maintaining quality assurance standards.

• Serve as an advocate and liaison for clients, connecting them to relevant services within state agencies and community partnerships.

• Foster transparent communication with stakeholders to promote the agency’s mission and meet contractual obligations.
\n
• Build and sustain partnerships with local and state organizations to enhance service delivery and identify potential funding opportunities.

• Pursue professional development by attending conferences and state meetings, representing the agency to broaden the scope of practice.

• Uphold the values and principles of Hope Wellness as an integral part of the day-to-day operations.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic objectives.

The clients you will serve span a diverse demographic, including individuals recovering from substance use disorders, those with developmental disabilities, and individuals facing acquired brain injuries. Your work will focus on understanding each client's background and circumstances, employing tailored therapeutic approaches to support their specific needs and goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required for this position.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state board is mandatory.
