The Hope Care and Counseling Center is seeking dedicated Mental Health Therapists to join our remote team in New York City. As a full-time Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mental well-being of our diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately determine patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to promote positive outcomes.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health issues, promoting community and shared understanding among participants.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other medical professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for all patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve treating adults facing varied mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York is required.

• Strong foundational knowledge of various mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and therapeutic approaches, supported by evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
