Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Inner Fire Wellness Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, adolescents, and families to identify issues and formulate treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Developing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in reaching their personal goals.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with department standards.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to provide holistic care and case management for assigned patients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
