The role is remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while utilizing telehealth technology to reach clients efficiently. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A deep understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the incorporation of cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Experience in delivering effective individual and group therapy in inclusive, culturally responsive settings.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to calmly address challenging situations.
