Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs and goals of patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and other therapeutic modalities to deliver engaging individual counseling sessions.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage shared experiences and mutual support among participants in their recovery journeys.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care delivery.

• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, especially during substance-related emergencies, to ensure patient safety and support.

• Educate patients and their families about addiction, recovery options, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring meticulous record-keeping for all patient interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals dealing with substance use disorders, including those in early recovery and those facing recurring challenges. Our client base spans diverse backgrounds and experiences, requiring a tailored, empathetic approach. You will also work with families to provide them with support and understanding during their loved ones' recovery processes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, counseling, or social work.

• Current licensing as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona, demonstrating your qualifications to provide mental health services.

• Strong understanding of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment strategies, and a recovery-oriented approach to care.

• Proven experience delivering both individual and group therapy specifically tailored to addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
