Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings tailored to identify clients' specific substance use and mental health histories.

• Develop personalized and actionable treatment plans that comprehensively address both addiction and underlying psychological issues.

• Facilitate individual therapy and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow treatment team members to ensure holistic and integrated care, attending regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress.

• Provide education and support to clients' families to promote active involvement in the recovery process, enhancing the therapeutic support system.

• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation and records consistent with state and federal regulations, including treatment progress notes and confidentiality requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health services you provide will primarily focus on individuals grappling with substance use disorders, many of whom may also be experiencing co-occurring mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, honing your skills in understanding varied socioeconomic backgrounds and the unique challenges they present in the recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
