Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to accurately gauge the needs of clients and develop individual treatment plans based on best practices and therapeutic models.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate effective treatment sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health experiences and fostering community among clients.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive and holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring they are supported during emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and relevant community resources to enhance their understanding and empowerment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferable.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and proven experience in providing therapy using evidence-based interventions.

• Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills with a track record of successful individual and group therapy.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and colleagues.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards of practice.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology tools for remote therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
