Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, using diagnostic tools and evidence-based practices to inform your treatment planning.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy based on clients’ needs.

• Collaborate with clients to set and monitor therapeutic goals, regularly evaluating progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
