Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with veterans and their families who are facing challenges associated with substance use disorders. This may encompass a variety of backgrounds and experiences, necessitating an individualized approach that respects each person’s journey. Your expertise in understanding the unique stressors faced by military personnel will be vital in building rapport and trust with patients seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders, effective therapeutic techniques, and client-centered, recovery-oriented care.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapeutic interventions, especially in addiction recovery contexts.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, marked by an empathetic and non-judgmental attitude.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
