Operating in a fully remote setting, our therapists leverage technology to connect with clients efficiently and effectively. This position allows for flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing video conferencing and digital communication tools.

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and other relevant stakeholders to create holistic care plans that support the overall health of clients.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes following legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy and related fields.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing care to a diverse clientele consisting of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our therapists are dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings and work through their issues effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related discipline.

• Current and active California licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy services in a mental health setting.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and a demonstrated ability to connect with clients in a virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
