Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth platforms.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, adjusting methods and goals as needed based on each client's progress and feedback.

• Actively participate in a multi-disciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment strategies, contributing your expertise in mental health treatment.

• Supervise and mentor Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, providing guidance in delivering effective therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will primarily work with clients managing substance abuse challenges and overlapping mental health disorders. This demographic often requires sensitive and tailored approaches, as clients may present with complex emotional and psychological needs. You will be responsible for fostering a therapeutic environment that encourages healing and growth while ensuring clients feel supported and valued throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• License: A current and valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, focusing on mental health disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of specialized experience working with mood disorders is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• A demonstrated history of achieving positive outcomes in the treatment of mood disorders and substance-related issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
