This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own space while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Your work schedule will typically range from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy specifically in the context of addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with the potential for bonuses based on performance metrics. We also offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
