Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, assessing progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license in California as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Proficient organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a flexible caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in providing teletherapy and familiarity with digital health systems is a plus. Additionally, background in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) will be highly regarded. Previous experience in a private practice setting or community mental health will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
