Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, thereby developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing techniques grounded in evidence-based practices to ensure effective care for diverse mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with clients in establishing measurable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress to adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Deliver teletherapy services, accommodating clients who prefer virtual interactions or face accessibility issues, thereby promoting inclusivity in mental health support.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation as per ethical and regulatory standards, facilitating transparent communication and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele consists of adolescents and young adults who face various mental health challenges. As a licensed mental health therapist, you will play a vital role in executing personalized care plans that are both effective and empathetic, addressing the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC , or PsyD .
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing telehealth services to adolescents and young adults.
\n
• Advanced technological competency, including proficiency with Google suite and EHR systems.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, along with professional presentation and demeanor.
\n
• Strong engagement skills, exhibiting warmth and empathy when interacting with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• A willingness to undergo training in our proprietary treatment frameworks, known as care pathways, to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure a private working environment compliant with HIPAA regulations.
