This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to serve clients from the comfort of your home office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life schedule while ensuring accessibility for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' emotional and psychological needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and strategies.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address an array of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a seamless network of care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records to document client progress, interventions, and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular professional development activities such as workshops and conferences to remain current on innovative therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals who are experiencing various emotional and psychological challenges, spanning different age groups and backgrounds. You will be instrumental in fostering a trusting and supportive relationship with clients, aiding them in their journey toward improved mental health and resilience. Your ability to understand and empathize with diverse client experiences is crucial in helping them achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active mental health license in California, such as LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

• A minimum of two years of practical experience in a mental health counseling role, working directly with clients facing emotional difficulties.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a talent for quickly establishing rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
