Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, identifying their unique needs and concerns.

• Provide teletherapy options and adapt approaches for clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring all clients have equitable access to care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of clinical interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training courses and supervision sessions, to stay current in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to practice empathy and understanding in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with a background in trauma-informed care, group therapy facilitation, or alternative therapeutic techniques such as art therapy or mindfulness will have an advantage. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience levels.
