Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health status through initial consultations and ongoing sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and, when appropriate, group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment that promotes personal growth.

• Establish a collaborative network with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients who may be dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your expertise will be critical in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their issues and working toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Holding a current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of experience in clinical settings, emphasizing mental health counseling.

• Knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
