Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to better understand clients’ mental health issues and establish evidence-based treatment plans that cater to their individual needs.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to enhance clients' personal development and addressing their mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, and carefully monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic journey to adapt treatment methods as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual consultations over in-person visits.

• Document all client sessions accurately and in compliance with applicable regulatory standards, demonstrating professionalism and enhancing accountability.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and trainings to refine clinical skills and stay updated with the latest psychological practices and research.

Your work will predominantly involve clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and related mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
