Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify and evaluate each client's mental health concerns, ensuring personalized treatment interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience or specialized training in mental health counseling, with a thorough understanding of evidence-based treatment methods.

• Excellent therapeutic relationship-building and counseling skills, capable of establishing meaningful rapport with clients.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration within the multidisciplinary treatment team.
